I just stopped. Didn't like the taste any more.

i was pregnant, and the only reason i said i owuld ever stop would be if i got pregnant, i just stopped, and now i hate it even a year after my dd was born (except when i drink which is about once a month!)

I'm like you Stacey, always said I would stop when I got pregnant so couldn't let myself down. Have now been stopped for 18 weeks and counting!!

My mum has smoked for more than 40 years.
I've always hated it.

She gave up 3 months ago and I'm so chuffed and proud of her I could cry.

She just stopped. No patches, no gum, nothing.
She's fantastic.

I wanted to, before I conceived, and dh wanted to, so we gave up. Don't think I would have stuck with it without Allen Carr's Easy Way to Stop Smoking though. That was 12 years ago.

Fell in love with non-smoker! Lozenges did the rest.
