I am very overweight. Today I haven't been feeling very well, I can't say what's wrong as it's nothing in particular just not feeling right.

I went to bed this afternoon as I had a heavy feeling in my chest sort of in the middle of my chest.

I have had this heaviness all day like there is something stuck there. Just now there was a sensation, not a pain, more of an ache.

It definitely wasn't heartburn as I get this if I eat sausage rolls or pastry and I know what that feels like.

should I be worried? it's constant and doesn't seem to be going

Hi Shiny - central chest pain should always be checked out (and I know you describe it as a heaviness, but that can still be cardiac, although it probably isn't).

Thanks Jaybird, I've woken up this morning with it too. I will go to the walk in centre later I think and have a word. I'm keeping the food light today incase it's something to do with idigestion Smile. I'm not quite sure what that feels as as I don't think i've had that before
