Failing that, I think you need to block off as much as you can to stop them looking at you from their garden.

saf - the side with the wire fencing is okay, you just need to stake it. Wilko or B&Q seem to be the best price wise. And the council are a bunch of useless twats aren't they!

Surely they have a duty of care to their tennants? Obviously not. The screening is really easy to do so I think that's the best way to go.
