mild nausea... not going away... what is it?

I'm not pregnant.

Children had sick bug a fortnight ago. I didn't get it, but started to feel nauseous. It isn't absolutely all the time, but most of the time I feel slightly sick. It is a bit like I imagine morning sickness to be (never really had it) in that it often does get better if I eat something. Am also v tired, despite children sleeping (fairly) well.

Any ideas?

We have all (my mum and sister as well) recently had this. I reckon it's a bug going around.

We had dizziness and on and off nausea for around 2 weeks. Eating/drinking made it go away as for morning sickness -weird. But seems to be all gone now.

Just keep eating little and often until it disappears.
