Dry skin patch on face... what product to use?

My 9 week old DD has a patch of skin on her face that is really dry. It's not excema i think, just really dry. I've tried baby lotion but it's not doing the trick. Any suggestions, pls?

Thanks for the advice. Is excema really common then? My DD also has bad cradle cap. Do you think she's just prone to skin problems? Hope it won't last. Do i just ask for aqueous cream or is there a proprietry name i should try?

Ah Lansinoh. Didn't think of that. I have some leftover from cracked nipples trauma so i'll have a go with it. It's also great for sorting out squeaking doors and buggy wheels btw!
