Excercises for getting rid of bingo wings.......

I bought myself a couple of wrist weights today as I am determined to tone up my arms!

Does anyone know of any excercises I can do to tone up the flabby bits on the underside or my arms?

I hate these flabby bits and am v self conscious of them and I would so like to wear a sleeveless dress at my christmas do without worrying all night!

Scaryskribble · 29/10/2005 20:03

He is using a dumbbell in that pic but similar with wrist weight add a can in your hand for extra weight .

notasheep · 29/10/2005 20:03

I was Paranoid about that bit too!! I know just the exercise but trying to describe positions of limbs etc could be difficult but will try if thread continues.Wrist bands arent much good well it depends on weight.you need just a 5kg dumbbell to transform wings

Scaryskribble · 29/10/2005 20:06

Anything heavy will do if you can hold it safely and not likely to drop it on your head.

Scaryskribble · 29/10/2005 20:06

For belly button try Gaffa Tape. OUCH!!!!!

Scaryskribble · 29/10/2005 20:07

JenumGeranium · 29/10/2005 20:12

JenumGeranium · 29/10/2005 20:13

Scaryskribble · 29/10/2005 20:13

thats not tht heavy but if you have one on your wrist hold the other one in your hand thats you up to 3kg. Remember to tone its the amount of repetitions not so much the weight if you just want to tone. I like working with the elastics too.

expatinscotland · 29/10/2005 20:13

Karen Voight's DVDs. ANY of her DVDs, but especially Arms and Abs. Brilliant, just brilliant.
