I have a mole on the top of my arm, it is slightly raised and for the past week it has been really itchy, it doesn't really look any different (just a bit dry). Should i be worried?

Could just be itchy skin in general. I get this and it seems like it is the mole itching iyswim. I once saw a specialist for the same reason (I am quite moley) and was sent away feeling a bit Blush after he told me to put some moisturier on! Has it always been slightly raised or is that a recent thing? Any change, I'd get it looked at.

Thanks castle, its deffently the mole itching, the skin around it seems fine, i am also a very moley person (i have a huge one on my back thet the gp keeps an eye on). I will try some moisturiser on it and see if it stops itching, i think it has always been slightly raised so no change.
