I know ive consumed shed loads of food that I wouldnt have usually, but the weight doesnt seem to shift as easily as it once did. Is there a reason or is it just tough luck?

well some pepple eat more to replace the fags. some people dont get as much excercise as they don't walk to and from desks/sofs etc if they had to smoke somewhere else.

i'd like to know the answer to that one too. I know I eat more, because I have more of an appetite, but even cutting down don't seem to be shifting it. I quit two years ago too!

I've heard that too, dior. Sadly, or happily if you're that way inclined. exercise may be the only option, cc.
