I slipped off the front step about an hour ago and my foot has swollen up quite badly.
I can't put any weight on it at all, it's agony.
I'm just waiting for DD2 to arrive and we'll go to the walk-in-centre when she gets here but what will they do?
Please tell me I won't have to have a cast on it, we're due to begin introductions with Fc's
new family at the end of this week. It couldn't have happened at a worse time
