Given up drinking for lent and so tired

I have stopped drinking for lent and hopefully beyond and I am so tired. I don't think I was a particularly heavey drinker but I feel completely wiped out. Has anyone experienced this too?

I'm going to get a multi-vit but at the moment excercise is out of the question.

The two things might be unconnected...

Could you have a low-grade virus? There are a few nasty bugs going round at the moment that can drag on if you get a mild form. DH and I felt like this for a few days last week

Thanks for your reply acebaby. I don't really feel unwell but just really tired. Maybe the vitamins will help. :)

And the lesson is...??!!!
Joking aside, I have the greatest respect for you and I should perhaps knock my daily glass of wine on the head too.

Hope you feeling better. Are you still 'on the wagon'?

chuckeyegg · 23/03/2011 19:16

Yes still on the wagon, DH still drinking though and came home with a bottle of wine and I was so tempted.
