whats happened to my ear ?

my ear lobe has gone a bit purple looking. its like blood under the skin , imagine a lovebite. looks like that kind of thing.

havent worn earrings for months so not that.

what could it be ?

Dunno but my mum has the same thing (Is that you Mum? )

I've ordered her to the GP as it's not going - she's had it for over three weeks, might be an infection that's in need of anti-bs to clear it

not sure mine looks like an infection , the skin feels normal, not sore , its inside iyswim

Stange one! Isn't the smae thing my mums ear is swollen and feels hot

Wonder if yours a burst blood vessel (though how is the question), which would make it look like a love bite!

I have that when I sleep on my hear bend or with my fist on it. It fades after a few days. If not and hot go see a GP.
