Breast pain in teen

my teen is experiencing sharp breast pain just under her nipple (left) seems fine by day but last 3 nights it has come back.Have given her pain killers and will make an appointment but have no clue in between on how to manage this or what the cause may be.She did let me have look tonight and her left boob looks loads bigger than the right one.

I had something similar when mne were growing from an A to a C cup quite quickly, one of my nipples changed shape from round to oval too. It was very odd but docs couldn't explain it and there didn't seem to be anything 'wrong' as such. Maybe just one of those weird things our bodies do

I also got mastitis when I was 14 even though obviously not breastfeeding or anything, and the whole breast was swollen as well as a hot red patch. Maybe it's some kind of infection?

Docs should help sort it out anyway. Hope she feels better soon
