He was a bit off colour yesterday - didn't want much to eat and was tired. At midnight last night he was quite sick in his bed and once more a little bit this morning when he woke up again. Also had a couple of very loose poos.

Have kept him off everything today except water and a rich tea biscuit. He's had a couple of dry cherrios.

He's perked up quite a bit and has had no poos or sick since this morning. He doesnt' want plain toast but I feel I should give him something....would it be foolish to give him a bottle of milk at this stage?

try him on plain toast (I know it is boring) and maybe some flat lemonade to boost his sugar levels
I would not try milk until tomoro imo
he sounds like he is getting better though

Well I personally wouldn't let him have milk for a few days, but then I may be over cautious . I starve mine for 24 hours (with fluid obviously!)and tbh they don't usually want anything within that timescale anyway, then give rich tea biscuits, toast etc - if that stays down then progress onto more normal food - not spicy or dairy yet tho.
