Hi all,
I have been trying to give up smoking for the past six weeks and have reduced from 40 cigs a day to about 10. Have found myself gradually going up and not liking the feeling. Have been dissapionted with myself etc.
Anyway, went into the chemist today and he reccomended intellicig and I must admit it has been great. It is a battery operated ciggerette, it gives of the fumes that us smokers like and appears to be a real ciggerette. It costs £24.00 but for me I have not smoked one cig all night so for me it is well spent..
Will let you all know how i get on each day.
