i have a lump inside my tummy quite high what could it be ?

it hurts sometimes been like that for the past few weeks not thought too much about it but i asked dh to have a look and said he could feel something too - maybe its a hernia ? do they hurt?

hi- saw the gp she said she thinks it could be gallstones although not painful enough or a pulled muscle she couldnt feel anything untoward - im pleased :)
