Very clicky (bilateral) shoulder joints - anyone else had this?

Am going to make an appointment with docs.

Shoulder joints very clicky - feel a bit unstable, but no pain. This is relatively recent onset (past 3-4 weeks). It has come on since I have been doing some resistance training with 2kg weights but I don't recall ever feeling that I had strained anything or suffered an injury. Obviously going to lay off the resistance training until I see the doc (which is great shame because mixed in with cardio it has really helped weight loss)

Joints clicking now when I reach for something or in bed when I turn over (I lie on my side - hence on the shoulder)

Did some googling and didn't like the sound of arthritis.....
