Hi all, title says it all really, they have been quite painfull for a few weeks now like painfull bruising from the inside and one more than the other, they dont feel any bigger i dont think and i have been on same pill for years now so not a hormone change.

Anyone had similar or know what could cause it? I dont fancy a trip to the doc's unessiarily.

Thanks in advance.

Aah bumping this.. Sorry,i have no idea, but i am having the same problem!

I'm not on the pill, periods are regular, cannot be pregnant..My pain goes right up into my armpits,so i have concluded it's glandular caused by a virus,as it's both sides..blinking drag is it's uncomfortable lying down to sleep..

No fun is it?

Thanks for the bump! Mine are still sore but this morning they have improved a fraction!

Got to make an appointment for a repeat pill so will enquire then and report back if they are still as painfull.

I'd be very interested to hear what they say, the only decent GP around here has a 3 week waiting list.

Good luck, hope we both get to the bottom of it!

Just came back from doctors with a same sort of problem but I,m not on the pill.
My tits usally pump up a little a few days before my period(ball like curve on sides near armpit and on the top towards the clevage). But for the last 2 months this has started 2 weeks before my period is due. They have gone up 1-2 cup sizes and are really painful.
Anyway the doctor didn't explain the medical reasons for the change( which would have been nice) but did suggest taking evening primrose oil.
I,m quite cynical of alternative medicine but will give it a 3 month trial.
Has anyone else tried E.P.O for this problem ?.

zulinka ,sorry to hear you've got the same problem. Blimey, that's an extreme size increase you have!what a nightmare.Shock

Coincidentally, i have friends that swear by E.P.O especially for PMT - so i started it a week ago..not really long enough to tell yet though.
