What should I out on DD's chin for her rash?

I assume it's a rash from all the dribbling she does. She wears a bib all day and I do change it often but she's now got a really red and sore looking rash on her chin. She doesn't seem bothered by it though. Any suggestions of what I can put on it, or should I just leave it be? tia

The pharmacist recommended smothering with Vaseline when dd did this, and it worked a treat. I still have to use it now, because she licks around her mouth and makes it sore, and it clears it up really quickly.

Try kamillosan.

thanks everyone. i have tried sudocreme in the past which has helped a bit. put vasaline on and its clearing up nicely. also went and bought another 12 bibs, only £3.50 from boots. not so keen as theyre the tie up ones not the velcro but i figured i could chnage them more often to help. now have abot 26 bibs lol
