What is this circle of rough, red skin? Help!

It's on the back of my neck, is about 4-5cm in diameter, slightly rough, red and doesn't itch.

The red colour is even, so I'm thinking it's not ringworm (eeewww!). I'm thinking it's probably just a patch of eczema - although I've never had it before.

I didn't really think much of it but my mum made a bit of a fuss over it. Does anyone think I should be worrying about it?

I'm 21 weeks pg, by the way.

Was going to say eczema but if it doesn't itch then don't think so, have you tried putting moisturiser on it, maybe just dry skin?

I have put a little sudocrem on it - DS calls it magic cream, so thought, why not?!

You could try a bit of canestan cream get it from chemists. If it is ring worm it will go away afer a couple of days.
