I'm in so much pain. Please help.

A couple of a nights ago dd2 decided she wanted to sleep in my bed with me. She let me know this by doving from the doorway onto the bed, landing knees down in the middle of my back

It has been sore since then, but today is agony. What painkillers are best? Neurofen not working.

Back pain nurofen is good
alternate with paracetmol

Voltarol is also very good for muscular type pain.

Voltarol (cream/gel) works best for me - buy the higher strength version. (Link to Amazon only because it shows a picture of the box - you can get it in Boots or any other pharmacy).

Dooin, please also make an appointment with your GP as the pain is getting worse not better. Just to be on the safe side
