Lump in my mouth

I have found a lump in my mouth, it's on the inside of my bottom lip. It's pea sized and hard... i know im ging to have to go to the docs but any ideas what it might be? :(

blocked salivary duct maybe?

is that serious? will it just go?

Have you knocked your mouth at all?. If you have you can get lumps like that and they take ages to go away.

I had this...exactly as you described...turned out i needed root canal treatment...expensive but completely harmless
