is there a risk of infection from the sebum inside? Is there anything a doctor can do about it?

(This is DD2 - who is easily old enough to know better! It's on her neck, right under her chin - she was supposed to be making an appt to have it removed but couldn't leave it alone)

Had one on my forehead which my then toddler kindly headbutted and burst a few years ago. Got infected and now I have a dent on my forehead. So, I'd take her to the doc's tomorrow!

I don't think she can have popped it herself. When I got head butted by DS, I was kneeling in front of him dressing him. I screamed, fell to the floor having nearly blacked out and lay there for quite a while before getting up. That's how bad the pain was and I have a fairly high pain threshold!
