Help- DD just sucked a felt pen

Feel like a neglectful parent... DD was watching TV in living room while I was on internet in other room. She appeared after about 15 mins and her whole face was blue. Her lips and tongue are also covered in blue ink and i'm in a bit of a panic. I gave her a drink and scrubbed her tongue but it won't come off at all. I think I got the pen from Tesco (it's double ended with a stamp on one end) but I don't have the packaging so I don't know if it's poisonous or not- can't find anything on Google.
If she has eaten that much of it (and hse must have because her whole mouth is blue) could it do her some harm? She's quite happily eating a croissant now and is only bothered about having blue hands.
Any advice would be MUCH appreciated.
She's 20mo.
Thanks

Ring Tescos customer care and ask them if they have any info on the pens
some nos here

Agree they are unlikely to be toxic and the color will fade in a day or so.

DD has this fascination with a purfumed hand cream on the dressing table and she likes some put on her hands so she can rub it in,like here mum, it's running out so I put some on her finger which was instantly transfered to mouth. Judging by her reaction not an impulse to repeat

A friend's DD is always eating felt pens. She doesn't really like food, but she really likes felt pens. She's fine.
