New breast cancer drug available in Scotland over a year ahead of rest of UK

Did anybody see This morning, I just caught the end of something about a new scanner which can detect breast cancer up to 10 years before current scanners and it is quite cheap to buy, it is meant to be on the website and they were saying contact your MP and make them get one at your local hospital. I can't find it on their website anybody see this?
