Ok after a few months of shear hell im going to start trying to find some answers! I had an imlanon implant (like norplant)'fitted' when dd was 12 weeks old. Continued to breastfeed and had no periods to speak of for the next six months whilst i breast fed DD. Since stopping ive hed periods every two weeks! heavy horrid painfull periods. Dont know if this just happens when you stop breast feeding or is it something to do with the implant? Taking blood clooting medication but no improvement! anyone any suggestions????
