Does this require a trip to the doctors, or should I just "man up"

Am pregnant, due in May. Have had flu jab. Have had a cough since getting pregnant, mostly when I'm feeling the morning sickness so I have classed it as an extra M/sickness symptom rather than a persistent cough.
Last week, got all symptoms of a cold, blocked nose, headache, face ache, worse cough, etc etc.
Still snotty, but my cough now is all gunky rather than just a tickly cough. Breathing after walking etc is getting to be a pain, and catching my breath results in more coughing.
Do I need to go to the docs? Or will they just moan at me for wasting their time?

If you can't breathe very well you need to see a doctor.
