What have I done to my hand?

Every 4/5 days it hurts inside whenever I move it. Always the same place, feels as though something's caught inside. It's not been injured.

Any ideas?

probably something like repetitive strain...

I don't think it's repetitive strain, it goes up the side by my thumb. I think it's a tendon thing going on but not sure?
