loads of blisters in mouth

I get blisters in my mouth at least once a month. Currently I have the worst case I have ever had, I cannot talk, barley eating and taking painkilliers - this can't be normal, can it? I just so miserable

I also have little bites all over one knee - probably not related?

If it helps, my mum has had them for years, every time she gets run down. If you rest a lot they seem to get better.

Thanks. I went to the Gp today and have infected ulcers/throat. I'm now on steroids and abs.
