Anyone got any info. on knee pain?
This only bothers me in bed when I try to turn over. I get this stabbing pain in the front/side of my left knee. It is also painful in the mornings but OK once I start moving around.
Have rubbed it with Superdrug Muscle Rub. Tried painkillers. Been to doc who referred me to physio. Won't hold my breath as I wait for an NHS appointment.
Anyone got any ideas? Have tried DHs exercises but they do not seem to make any difference.
Have had it for about six/nine months. No worse but no better.
