Pain in my foot

So over a month ago I noticed a pain in my foot which I assumed was due to a pull of some sort, had been wearing heels for more than a week and haven't worn the much for a long time. Anyway it's right inside under top just before the arch starts.

It is not constant but I notice it a number of times a day and have felt it 'go' a couple of times. Hurts if I am kneeling down as well. Any ideas or will it just go? I bit concerned as have just found out I am pg and don't really want it for the next 8 mths and getting worse as I get bigger.

Thanks

LoveBeingA Daddys Girl,
As I read your first para I thought "fallen Arch" wonder if she's had a baby ? and then as I read para 2 I thought "Aha" because my ligaments stretched when I was pregnant and then afterwards I had this terrible pain in both feet right where the heel joins the arch underneath.Go and see Doctor, then see chiropodist and get arch supports made to fit you. Or if that's no good you can buy arch supports at Boots. They feel odd at first but they will work. Have been pain-free for ten years now but pain comes back if I leave off supports. Sympathy, it's a rotten pain with every step you take.
