Where to get Swine Flu vaccine for DS - Bristol

As I am 7mths pg, I had my jab yesterday. Spoke to nurse about vaccinating DS and obviously, they are not doing under 5's (he is 4.5yrs) and they are not doing it privately either

I have contacted the local Bupa hospital and waiting to hear from them, but does anyone know of where I can get it done and would you vaccinate your U5 considering govt are not doing it as a matter of course? My gut feeling is that it can't hurt for him to be vaccinated

Would you be able to travel to Chippenham? I have booked with a private clinic there and I believe they might still have plenty of vaccines.

Yes would travel to Chippenham if needed - what clinic is it please and do you know what vaccine they are giving - i.e this year or last year's stock?

It's called The Halo Clinic which is in the Hathaway Medical Centre. 01249 454540. They told me it is the new vaccine i.e. Swine Flu + FluA and FluB. I also asked them if it contained Thiomersal and they said no. They charge £15 a jab (a child will need two jabs, 4 weeks apart)

I went to cardiff to have me DH, DD (5) and DS (2.5 done). Had it done at the independant general practice

Halo clinic ran out and not getting any more in

The Bupa lot said no stocks this week but to ring next week

I pay my f'ing taxes...should not have to be doing this!!!
