swine flu chest pains

I, my two sisters, various of our neighbours (even though the three of us live several hours apart) have had flu with severe chest pains. My sister's 10 month old has had a rash and bad cough - I remember reading somewhere that these are symptoms of swine flu. Does anyone know if they are?

Please get yourself checked out/ speak with doc if you have chest pains and a cough. I developed pneumonia alongside swine flu, and have just finished a course of anti biotics.
