Anyone heard of blood group diet? Am surprised at health implications?

I'm AB and apparently if I don't get my diet right then I could get stomach cancer. My sister died of that I'm going to try to find out if she had the same blood group? Not sure if siblings have the same?

I usually poo poo such things but a lot of the things they say I shouldn't eat because of my lack of stomach acid, I do have problems with?

Am thinking of trying it. Although it does say I need to eat a lot of tofu and haven't cooked much with that.

Curiousmama, I think there IS a link between smoking and stomach cancer (as opposed to other more tenuous links!). I'm very sorry about your sister, and I can understand the worrying about it. I think ignoring pain for a long time is also a huge factor in outcome

I'm off to eat lots of starch and everything else (in moderation) topped with coffee. I would take the large pinch of salt, but am watching my blood pressure

Well I had a mega healthy tea. Homemade lentil loaf, homemade secret sauce (veg, peppers, spring onions, tin toms, celery, basil, peppper, cooked in casserole dish then blended) and homemade sweet potato wedges Dss love it and ds2 inhales the sauce. Don't know if that suits AB blood type though

I'm on here ! there are a lot of closed minds on here aren't there? My mum is 82 on the B.T. and runs about; miles healthier than her younger friends..

IMO if there's something you can do to improve yr health then do it. e.g. (not eating tomatoes) they gave me ezema. Good for o' types though.
