ds fell on a chair and bit his lip, inside and out, quite badly two days ago. He keeps putting his fingers to it of course, after crawling around, and now it looks a bit greeny white. Could it be infected or is it just healing? I don't know if its worth a trip to the docs, it is quite a small cut now, but worried because i can't put anything on it because on his mouth. Any ideas?

If you're uneasy, I wouldn't mess about with such a young child. Like you say, you can't put much on it, so I would take him to the doc tomorrow.

suppose i might have to. It seems ok, but i might ring and ask.
