I had another vasovagal episode today - does anyone else suffer from them?

It has made me slightly worried; my last was over 2 years ago, and was by far the worst - happened in a public place, when i was with DD1. today was at home and DH was there.

My concern is that it could happen when I am on my own with the DDs. I assume there is no way of preventing them; should I get checked out at the DR?

I have them but I have learned to know the triggers now and manage it very well. I also feel them coming.

I feel them coming , it is always on the loo, when I need to poo, but I cant stop them. i'm also worried about fainting and pooing while i'm out. last time, I wet myself

HOw do you manage them, maternelle?
