At first I though it was just part of the marathon evil cold I'm now recovering from, to do with the pressure in my sinuses etc. That seems to have gone now and I've still got a headache Confused

Paracetamol or ibroprofen dull it slightly or if I'm very lucky shift it for an hour or two, but I've not taken any today. Getting rather worried about taking it for so long TBH.

I'm now really worrying and can't get in can't get in touch with my OOH doctor for a couple of hours (no NHS direct here).

It almost certainly is something to do with the marathon evil cold, but yes, worth speaking to your Dr about.

Could it be anything randomly coincidental like needing your eyes tested?

Mmmm, my eyes might need testing. I did notice this morning that I was seeing colour differently through each eye but that seems to have corrected it's self now.

Changes in sight like this would concern me tbh. I would make an appt with an optician and or doctor asap - in fact I would prob see the optician first as they'll have better equipment.

Thanks for the advice. Hellium - I was putting off calling so thanks for scaring me into it Wink

The receptionist (also nurse) did find it odd but said there was no need for me to see anyone today, have to call back in the morning and let them know if the vision thing has happened again.

I do sometimes have another odd thing with my vision. I suppose I'll have to mention that too.

No problem - always best to get it checked - happened to me once and I ended up in hosp for three weeks! All sorted now though. Good luck.
