Blood in Mouth? Ideas/Opinions?

Hi. I have a bit of blood in my mouth.

Its been like this throughout the day.

Only that earlier, I actually spit onto a tissue (sorry, tmi.)and saw that it was actually blood.

I otherwise feel well. I absolutely hate going to the doctor and haven't been for 2 years.

Any idea what could be going on? 2 of my kids have awful colds with nosepickey bloody streaks in their snotty tissues. Could it be the same virus causing this?

I remember my mum talking about sinus issues and bloody stuff.

Any ideas? thanks.

Mild gum infection? Have a good floss, rinse with non-alcohol mouthwash and if that doesn't sort it see your dentist/hygenist.

Thanks. My tonsil was covered in blood, now its cleared.
