Coughing & cracking chest when I breath- Advice?

Things I can do at home today to help?
I'm 23 weeks pregnant with a toddler.

I had a bug that did this a few weeks ago, the gp said it was centred around my windpipe, and lungs were clear.. If yours continues i'd suggest getting your chest listened to.

For most coughs a steam inhalation really helps... Boil a kettle,pour into a large bowl,and let it cool slightly,lean over bowl with a towel over your head and bowl,breathe deeply in thro' nose and out thro' mouth..

Another simpler way is to run a hot bath,and sit in the bathroom, breathing deeply.. This i was told by gp to do when DS2 had croup..
