B.V - can i treat it at home ??

have had it once before - i saw gp and had anti biotics for it and it went away - i just really dont want to go again - was very Blush i wouldnt let her do a swab ,i did it myself was scared she would faint with the smell of my foof!!
was wondering if anyone had any home remedies?

I used to get it alot.
last time, I bought some natural yoghurt, dipped a tampon in it, inserted tampon and left it in for about an hour.
Job done Smile

No, because the yoghurt needs to work with the natural bacteria inside your woo-woo to neutralise it.
