Spots- Its like I go poisionus from inside....

and my face and shoulders get big red nothing spots, that after ruining my face for a few days leak a tiny bit of yellow stuff. Theres no warning but it feels like im poisionus inside and its seeping out...anyone else or anything I could take?
Think its a bit hormonal as its for 1 week out of 4.

i'm not really sure, but I was once told that zinc tablets help for boil-type spots

maybe someone else would know more about the benefits of zinc....
