I have recently been diagnosed with this and have found it hard to really understand how it will effect my life now that I have the diagnosis, when I think I have had it for about 3 years. (Reading that back it sounds so stupidBlush).

I have a lot of pain atm but not sure if it is purely the FM or because it is -4 here.

I was diagnosed with FMS 13 years ago but mine largely disappeared when I had my first child 8 years ago.

My main symptoms were general pain and also specific pains mainly in my arms. I also got fasiculations all over my body (involuntary muscle tremors), some eyesight problems, ocasionally my speech would not be clear. I went through 6 months of suspecting motor neurone diease, MS etc so the diagnosis actually came as a relief!

Is there anything specific you would like to know or just some support?

Anything would be a help tbh. My wrist is really painful atm and my fingers are hurting, one on each hand. Thanks.
