Is the yasmin pill food for acne?

Ive noticed that I have flare ups around my period, so doc put me on yasmin.

has anyone found that this helps with spots?

Also docs offered me erythromycin ABs.
Do they help?

I'm on yasmin and never get flare ups anymore.
