agonising pubic region pain

should I be worried? This is painful, it's like a drilling sort of pain in the same small area, looking down over my tummy it's on my right hand side; it really hurts. am worried about fallopian tube, or an ovarian cyst.

can anyone advise please?

If the pain is so bad that you can't sleep or can't finish a sentence then I'd call the GP out or NHS direct for advice on painkillers/vs attending walk in clinic/A&E

thanks - i'll go to gp in morning. just a thought to see if anyone had this type of pain.
