i had a car accident last week. i'm ok but have (probably relatively minor) whiplash. my neck and shoulders are stiff but my back is quite sore.

what can i do?
i'm also pregnant so am rather limited in my choice of painkillers.

i feel like i've worked as a removal man for a week!

cheers frosty but i hate being touched by anyone when i'm pg.
weird but didn't half make our antenatal class laugh when the physio chose me to demonstrate relaxing labour massage techniques. i squirmed like i had worms down my back! :)

Ok, how about some nice warm baths, or those lavender thingies that you can heat up in the microwave and then put on the sorest bits. Or some gentle stretching exercises to ease your back? Hope it eases soon.
