delaying periods (not on pill)

Ok I'm due soon and about to go away for a few days and will be swimming. Any ideas to postpone the inevitable?

You can get tablets from your GP for this. Have done in the past. Don't know the name and don't know if they still prescribe for this but you used to be able to get them.

Great thanks for all the advice. Tampons are OK but tend to make me feel a bit queasy if I use them for any length of time. Might enquire about the tablets.
