pelvic floor - rescue needed

A common problem I believe - post natal pelvic floor - my really needs attention. i never remember to do the exercises, the rare occasion I remember I do too squeezes & then get distracted & therefore don't do them anyway.

Does anyone have any great tips, or has anyone tried the cones or whatever else is out there?
I don't want to spend a fortune. Where can you get them from? Are they any good?

All pelvic floor help without guilt needed please, thanks.

Bron I am 34 wks preg and in a similar position to you. I saw a physio last week and she said they will assess me after the birth but keep doing exercises now .
You won't feel like much is happening but the preg hormone relaxin ( I think) is causing all your muscles to be more slack. I thought because I could feel it tighten at my bottom I wasn't doing it right - she said this was ok ,suggested squeezing whilst standing . I'm trying to do it after having a wee (she said it was best on an empty bladder) I forget a lot but am still mananging 3 or 4 times a day. I had hardly ever been doing it this pregnancy.

Bron
What's PSD ?
I can't feel a lot going on either - I mentioned this to physio and she said it's because the muscle is so slack .I am trying to get into the routine of exercising now hoping that when the babys born I'll be in a good routine. A bit optimistic I know !!
Just try and keep at it
