Hi All,
I had SPD 6years ago, which never fully went - still have the odd twinge etc.
However, my concern is with my hip. It feels constantly like it is "clicking" out of position and it takes a while for it to go back in. When it happens, my DH can actually feel the joint doing this.
It is not constant pain, but when it happens, it is severe. It takes a couple of days for the pain to pass, then will happen again a week or so later.
Anyone know what could be causing this?
