Stomach ache for the past 3 days

Anyone have any ideas why I've had a stomach ache for the past few days on and off?
It comes and goes at no set times, af isn't due for another 2 weeks.
Any suggestions to what the cause may be?

DH had stomach ache for 3 days, I said its IBS. He went to A&E and eneded up getting his appendix out. Sorry I don't mean to worry you but if it's unusual and unexplained get it checked out. Maybe get advice here NHS DIrect

don't think it's appendix probs, its not unbearable pain, but it can last for about half an hour or more at a time before it goes away again.

Sorry I didn't mean it was appendix , I really meant don't just ignore it. DH wasn't in agony to start with, but I never take him seriously anyway men are such wimps when they are ill .

Lay off wheat for a couple of days to see if it helps and give your digestion a break.
