can just about stand the tomato sauce ones on toast, but only if they are really really well mashed.

This is a bit irrelevant {wibble} but EyeQ fish oils with evening primrose oil has really helped my pmt and period pains, which were reaching demonic levels.

eskimo ils is good after much research myself plus it must taste o.k as my ds takes it happily and he is very very fussy about his food
