Anyone had a reaction to flu jab this year?

Hi all, I had a flu jab last week and have been under the weather since a day and a half later. I've never felt like this after a jab before apart from the odd sniffle. I've had achy muscles, hot flushed face, sneezing, coughing and generally under the weather. Basically a mini/ mile flu.

Has anyone else reacted to this year's jab or is it just me? Wondering if it's something to do with the swine flu jab being included. Ta!

Might just be that you have caught a bug at around the same time?

SOrry, no personal experience, but me old ma was okay. My best pal's is due it soon and he ALWAYS gets a reaction for a couple of days.

I've heard from a few friends that they had mild aches and fatigue for a couple days after the jab, but otherwise fine. That's all accounts of seasonal flu jabs, not just the +swine flu one this year.

I had mine this morning and aside from desperately wanting a nap and an early bedtime, plus some aches in the arm where it was injected I've been fine.

I'm 16 wks pg, so I'm tired all the time anyway, and would have had the preservative-free one.

Am actually quite happy with it as I have been suffering from hyperemesis and I was dead certain that "mild flu-like sypmtoms" would equal days of heaving for me.

I had a big bruise on my arm and it was sore for a few days. That reminds me, I must book the kids' booster for next week!

I was very tired the next day but apart from that was fine.
